COMMERCIAL ROOFING
For decades Eckstein Roofing has been applying commercial roof systems in the Greater Cincinnati area. The term low slope roof refers to a roof which has a pitch of 3:12 (14 degrees) or less. Low slope roofs are often times described as “flat” roofs. Roofs of this type are found most commonly on commercial/industrial buildings but it is not uncommon to find low slope roofs on residential dwellings.
RESIDENTIAL ROOFING
A steep slope roof is a roof with a pitch of 3:12 (14 degrees) or greater. This type of roof system is most commonly found on residential dwellings but can sometimes be found on commercial/industrial buildings as well.
